Meg has been shown "pursued" by nerd Neil Goldman, and losing her virginity to jimmy fallon. Previously she had an "imaginary boyfriend" named Darren Mitchelstork. When her fellow "abstinence" partner Doug sees her naked, he breaks up with her. In one episode, she appears to be pregnant, but when the groom (med student Michael Milano) finds out she's not, he leaves her at the altar.
