What does the Gatorade symbol mean on 2k12?

Im not 100% sure, but i don't think it technically means put your player on the bench right when you see that symbol. I think more or less it means let your teammates make some shots, because sometimes the gatorade symbol will show up within a minute of playing after making 10 straight points. After letting my teammates make points it goes away... So that's my take on it
