Ouch, I'm guessing you're speaking of when you urinate. That is usually caused by a problem with the kidneys. If it is painful it's most likely a kidney stone, or an infection. If it's not painful you may have taken a hard hit to the kidneys; this would make you bleed for a day or two. Other than that....go see a doctor.

If the blood comes out during sexual ejaculation, then it is probably normal. Sometimes ejaculations are so violent that a little bleeding can occur.
