What type of oil to put in r1 1100 Yamaha?

i got a 1100 Honda i use castrol brand part real-oil, part synthetic available

at my local aftermarket motorcycle store 10w40 year-round the castrol is

specifically made for motorcycles besides which /not car oil you buy at local

auto parts store/.1998honda aero v-twin 1100 c3.
