Does rock lee get a girlfriend in naruto?

Not yet. He's in love with Haruno Sakura. It's unsure at this time if she had feelings for him. I think she does. After all, she did confess her feelings for him but

then again, she was just saying that so he'd stop going after Sasuke.

Partly true, but Sakura does love him. She knew he wouldn't give up on Sasuke, so she thought that was her last chance to tell him how she felt about him. She thought that Naruto would hate her after she killed Sasuke. Sakura wasn't lying on that or toying with his emotions. She's not that cruel.
