Where do you catch staravia in leafgreen?

In Pokémon LeafGreen, you can catch Staravia by evolving a Starly, which is found in the Route 201 area, as well as in the Great Marsh. However, Starly is not available in LeafGreen; instead, you can catch its pre-evolution, Pidgey, in the early routes like Route 1 and Route 2.
