Answer

I have checked three different Spanish-English dictionaries, and all three said that the Word "sinento" does not exist. Perhaps you are conjugating it wrong -- what was "sinento" before you conjugated it?

If you translate all but the unknown Word, the translation reads: "Sinento it but I have no idea."

Answer

In Spanish, it is common to use a double negative to emphasize the point correctly. Some have said that the second "ni" is redundant...pero...they are incorrect!
