Studies have shown that drinking water can be one of the best ways to lose weight. Not only can a healthy diet like fruits and veggies help, but drinking 8-10 cups of water a day will help too. Remember though, drinking too much water can be harmful. Steer clear of alcohol and wine if you REALLY want to lose weight. If you exercise by doing things like going hiking or working out you will or at least should drink ALOT of water. I hope this was helpful.
