What are the predators of a waterstriders?

Water striders, or pond skaters, face predation from various animals, including fish, amphibians, and birds. Larger aquatic insects may also prey on them. Their ability to walk on water helps them evade some predators, but they remain vulnerable, especially when not in motion.
