Is E-Zsoft DVD to iPod Converter safe to use?

This program does not work and e-zsoft support does not respond. I was able to convert one DVD and then after that it freezes about half way through. I have tried different DVDs and they all freeze. e-zsoft only has one support option which is email and they do not respond. I have sent 4 requests and in 14 days have had no answers. Don't waste your money

use eztoo DVD ripper , it's best DVD converter software

There are several very good iPod File Converter software that are very easy to use and require very low charges to purchase. Don't go for a software where you not get proper support or which does not work.
