Are there Walmarts in Norway

No. There are Walmarts in Korea and China but not in Japan. Walmart owns a majority stake in Seiyu Department store. If you go to one of those chains you will see a few Walmart products but its nothing like Walmart back home. We were excited when we heard that Walmart was coming to Japan but it has been very disapointing. On the plus side, we do have COSTCO.
