Well this is a complicated and broad question. One reason may be that they don't have enough time. Another is that they aren't hungry. Also, many people think that this is a good way to lose weight but it can actually be counterproductive because when you don't eat in the mornings, your metabolism slows down and when you do eat, you may reach for something unhealthy and you may overindulge. Your body most likely will metabolize that into fat, causing you to gain weight.
