How do you make your eyes pop?

well for instants i have brown eyes i need only two kind of make ups to make my brown eyes pop out.black eye liner and mascara,they are the main things to me.because they are dark and it makes your brown eyes pop out,just putt them on your eyes and make it dark if you dont want to thats fine,then when your on a date or something and its sunny and you have a eye liner and mascara on your brown eyes will pop out....it worked with me...for more informatin jst visit or follow me on twitter viannalouisa....
