How does Bluestar lose each of her lives?

It is not known how each of Bluestar's lives were lost. We do know, however, how she lost her 7th, 8th, and 9th lives.

7th Life - Lost while battling rats in a ditch. (Into the Wild)

8th Life - Lost to greencough. (Fire and Ice)

9th Life - Lost while saving ThunderClan from a dog attack and drowning. (See Related Questions Below) (A Dangerous Path)

It was also stated in "Bluestar's Prophecy" that she had lost three lives due to Thistleclaw, possibly due to murder.
