When Kaleb Wallace will not move from his truck and let MrMorrison by with the wagon what does MrMorrison do?

Mr. Morrison then walks over to the truck, and lifts it up, moving it to the side of the road, then ever-so gently, sets it back down. The Kaleb gets in it and speeds away, scared, but saying that Mr. Morrison will "pay for what he did."
