Why does teachers have an easy job?

You must mean "why DO teacher have an easy job?" That is a myth! Nothing about teaching is easy! From dealing with their students, the student's families, administration, co-workers, state standards, standardized tests, curriculum changes and challenges, grading papers, writing tests, working on projects and committing personal time after school hours to be there for students, it is easy for teachers to lose sight of the reasons they became teachers! There is nothing easy about the job of educating America's future!
