Whats the opposite of priority

Priority items combine the twin elements of both urgency (time) and importance (value). The opposite, therefore, would be both non-time sensitive and unimportant. What do you call something that has no value and you simply don't care about when/if it happens? You don't. You don't even think about it, consider it, name it.

It is nothing, because it doesn't exist.

That being said, I often label things as a Priority, or a Secondary or Tertiary objective. These are not opposites, but differ in level of urgency and importance. -------------------------------- But if you are searching for a single Word:
