What is is the average body temperature of a parrot?

Budgies need to ALWAYS be warm. They can last in 9 degrees warmth but don't risk anything and let your budgie go free because it can survivr in that weather. If budgies are let go they cant survive through winter because it's too cold and budgies do not know how to migrate south!
