Did John Fitzgerald Kennedy say the quote for the people by the people?

It is difficult to answer this question because there are a number of presidents who have quoted or referenced Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Also, a number of presidents have used other Lincoln quotes. And both John F. Kennedy and Barack Obama referred to, or quoted, Abraham Lincoln in their speeches.
