You are talking about the pulmonary circulation. The blood (low in oxygen) is pumped by the right ventricle to the lungs by way of the pulmonary arteries. It comes back after it drops off carbon dioxide and picks up oxygen at the lungs. It finishes the circle when it comes back to the heart by way of the pulmonary veins into the left side of the heart.
