The first thing you want to check is if the hinges are screwed into the frame and door tight. If the door is wood you could try sanding the area of the door where it comes in contact with the frame. If that's not enough I have had to take a door off the frame and, with a circular saw, cut off a small amount of the door. But be careful not to cut too much. Could leave you with drafts.
