What is the best food to eat during a 5 hr exam?

if your stuck with a test and your hungry, all you do is drop your pen near your bag and say miss or sir, can i get my pen cause i was swinging my arms around and dropped it near the bag room or near my bag.Or get one of your friends to distract the teacher or watcher and get to your bag and sneak something and hide it behind a pencil case or some books and eat when the teacher is not looking.
