Is a snowy owl an omnivore?

Occasionally it eats meat from leftovers at sea, if it can't find any food it regularly eats (fish, squid, etc.)

The correct answer is; Penguins are NOT Omnivores! A Penguins diet, is mainly, and almost exclusively, fish, they have been observed to pick on the remains of dead mammals but, sorry, they eat NO veggies?
