How do you take the rotors off a 1993 Toyota corolla 1.6?

take the lug nuts off while you have the car jacked up

loosen the nut with a tie in it. FIRST TAKE THE TIE OUT

then the rotors should come off.

To put back do the same process backwards. ITS REALLY EASY
