You are not supposed to smoke anything for at least 72 hours (3 days) after having your wisdom teeth removed, as the sucking motion you make when inhaling can disturb the extraction site and cause it to start bleeding again. This is especially true when you have the bottom ones removed (as opposed to the top ones).
Personally, I cannot go 3 days without a cigarette, even with the strongest nicotine patch. So I limited myself to 2 or 3 cigarettes a day for the first few days after having my wisdom teeth removed, and I smoked them as carefully as possible.
You could also try smoking from a homemade gravity bong, as it will do all the sucking for you. All you have to do is open your mouth.
