What is a green salon?

A "green salon" generally means that the salon is trying to be environmentally friendly by possibly conserving water, using eco-friendly products or has perhaps been built using recycled materials. It is a fairly loose term so if you are considering going to a green salon, feel free to ask them what they mean by that term.
