Some people it does, others it doesn't. Chewing Gum can trick the mouth like you're eating food. So if you are really hungry, bored, or had a small meal then pop in a piece. Drinking water also fills you up. Bring around a waterbottle and drink it an hour or less before lunch or dinner. This will make you fuller faster in a healthy way. Dieting can sometimes be embarassing. But if you say you're just trying to eat healthy, it can make you seem athletic. The same with exercising. Being healthy is a really good thing. (Duh.) Ask your parents to buy wheat bread, skim milk, yogurt, CheeriOS, and Special K. Ditch the potatoe chips and try Apple slices or SunChips. Stay away from juice because it contains a lot of sugar. A large meal or an unhealthy snack is ok once in a while. Do not skip any meals! If you do, your stomach will save the fat and calories from the next meal to make up for it. School meals are really bad for you, so pack your own. Even a school salad bar contains perservatives.
