Where can you find Vulpix in Pokemon Sapphire?

You can get a Vulpix in Mt. Pyre it is (near Lilicove) go to the top and go out. Then you will see grass areas, look for Vulpix. Don't go all the way to the top though, only the area before the fog appears Hint: to get a Ninetales you need a fire stone.
