A child has a deep laceration on his arm his face is moist and very pale what should you do first?

If he isn't breathing first thing get him breathing

then stop the bleeding

if there are any borken or suspected broken bones immobilize the limb with a splint or by strapping the limb to his body.

then treat for shock - keep warm and comfortable.
