My grandmother was named Parisade and there is one reference to it in some ancient poetry. What is a Parisade?

It seems to have originally been spelled "Parizade" and the Word is of Persian origin. It comes from the Arabian Nights. It refers to a mythical female character in the story who is some kind of Sprite or sylph.
