Where is the internal fusebox in a 1994 Mercedes E320?

There iss a fuse box under the hood on the drivers side and I was looking for the fuse for the heater blower and was advised it was on the outside fuse box. There is a square black box a smidgen to the front and right of the fuse box and if you pull the cap off, you should see a couple more fuses in there. This is where it was for a 92 E300. Good luck.
