How do you evolve Eevee into the leaf form?

take the eevee into the entra forest, find the moss covered rock and make it grow a level

it depends on what game you are talking about, say its on Pokemon emerald. you go into your bag and use a leaf stone. or it could be on pokefarm. you use it but i havent figured out how yet. >.<
