How can you tell if earwig is a girl or a boy?

Male earwigs are longer than female earwigs and males pincers are curved while females have straight ones. Also some males species of males have wings and females usually don't but can, but the best way to identify them is to look at their pincers. Note: their pincers have no damage or pain to humans and females are harder to find in some cases.
