Well, you have to be romantic, or try to hang out with her a lot, or be her best friend, and she will eventally start to love you, from being with you so much.

just walk up to her say nice shoes and then walk away let her chase after you

or if you are scared to talk to her in front off her mates but you know her very well when she is putting on lip stick or lip gloss go up to her and ask can i borrow ur lip stick or lip gloss

then kiss her and then walk away

or if she has just broke up with her boy friend get her alone and say if i was ur boy friend i would never treat u the way that he did wait for about 10 seconds until she answers you back if she doesn't she is thinkin about goin out with you if she takes over 15 seconds

kiss her then look at her for about 3 to 5 seconds then say sorry i have to go if she says why just say it is goin to be weird because ur like my best friend and i dont want to ruin that then say u dont like me the way i like u

u start to kiss then ur girlfriend calls u to say were r u babes do u want to tell her that ur in love with her best frined and u want to be with her or r u a wimp and go on to see this girl with out ur girlfriend knowin if or when u and ur girlfriend break up u and the other girl start goin out with in public not in secret
