Why is check engine light on 2007 c280 Mercedes?

Most likely cause if a faulty camshaft adjustment magnet on the front of the engine. there is 4 of them, 2 on each cylinder head. the ones on the passengers side are pretty easy to replace, but the ones on the drivers side are little bit harder unless you have the right torx wrench
