How do you set out a biography?

First you should start by researching the life of the person you want to write a biography of in great detail. If you're writing about a famous person, chances are that there have already been biographies written about them, so you might want to choose a specific aspect of their life to focus on in your biography in order to differentiate it. Once you have all the information you need you should then organize it into chapters and make it flow like a story, and there you have it, a biography!
