Yes, it is. Itsuwaribito Utsuho is mostly adventure, action, and humor, with a bit of romance. Since there is some bloody scenes, I suggest not reading it if you're not good with things like those, but if you're okay with them, I strongly recommend reading them. Depending on each person's perspectives, it might be slightly sexual in a few parts, but these hardly appear in the manga. Overall, I think it's a good manga, and I think both genders can enjoy it!
