How do you erase your Pokemon HeartGold file?

same way as in diamond and how i taught my friend, go into the place where u would start up game, then press: UP, SELECT, B

Make sure you're on the screen where Ho-Oh is flying, and then press Up + Select + B. Otherwise, it won't work. I just tried it like 19 times. :P
