How to organize production?

Production organization depends entirely on what you are producing. However there are some basic steps towards the organization process that make for a less problematic production run. The best way to start is by an outline of the process written down on paper. Then a step by step description of the detailed process more clean and concise. The detailed process should be typed up in a Word doc. Then what I like to do is large 4'X8' cork boards on my office wall to pin up these steps with pictures. Also, dry erase boards work well. Then under these steps you could also pin up the detailed production run of the product you are making. This will help keep you well organized and help minimize issues you may have down the line.
