Well, the passWord that they're asking you for is the same passWord that you have for your internet connect/Modem at home. If you are away from home, like for example, at a Public place, and don't know the passWord, then you can go up to one of the employees' or Managers' and ask them for the passWord. They should be kind enough to allow you to access their Internet by giving you the passWord.

This simply means that the router you are trying to access is a locked router, meaning you must have a passWord to access it. If you are at home, you should be able to access the passWord through your computer. If you are not at home and it isn't your router, then you just cannot access it without the passWord.
