How do you remove the door panels on a 2000 GMC Jimmy to replace the side mirrors?

There are two 7mm or 8mm bolts that under the grab handle that need to be removed. There is also a phillip head screw that is behind door handle that needs to be removed. If you have power Windows and door locks, pull that panel from the front and it will come off and disconnect the plugs. Pull at the bottom of the door panel and lift up and it will come off. The only thing that is holding it on after the bolts and screw are removed are clips.
