Where is the fuel pump located on a 1998 Dodge Neon?

In the fuel tank.

AnswerThe filter is part of the fuel pump assembly. It's combined with the fuel pressure regulator (unless you have a steel tank). there is something that looks like a fuel filter next to the tank on the passenger side in front of the rear wheel but on my car it says it's not a serviceable unit it's an accumulator.
