What is an appropriate age to wear mascara?

Again, this varies from person to person, some may wear it everyday..or maybe just on special occasions. It depends on yourself. Like me, I don't usually apply mascara because everytime I blink, some of it tends to go onto my eyeshadow.. Instead, I use clear mascara because a) it doesn't smudge b) it's easier to wipe off and apply on
