1988 Mercedes 560 SEC At Idle Engine Running at 1600 RPM's. No way to idle down engine. At the same time the ABS Light lite up on dash board. Car starts and can be driven just can't idle down.?

when i took off the fuel pump relay and i hotwired the fuel pump to work, &started the engine i got 1500 rpm at idle and abs light on, it probably something to do with this. im not 100% sure tho. Check the overload protector located on the drivers side cowl, it is aluminum with a red top. There is a fuse under the top cover. On my 560 sel I had to replace the overload protector and that cured the high idle problem and turned off the abs light,
