Can you return clothes from American eagle that were shipped to you?

They'll credit you for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, but shipping costs are not refunded.

To return or exchange online purchases at an AE, aerie and/or 77kids store, take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip is your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card.

If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. Shipping is not refunded.
