I recently got hit in the back near my kidney about 5 hours ago and it is just now starting to hurt however there is no blood in my urine could this be serious?

Don't know when this came in but with urgent things like this don't rely on WA but go to the emergency room right away. You need to be examined and that is not something we can do here.
