What would happen to a giraffe if it where taken from its natural habitat?

Zebras, like most hoofstock, thrive in free range environments. When confined in small areas they can exhibit lifelong behavioral problems. When kept in too hot or cold climates, they experience suboptimal health and often shorter lifespans.
