How do you fix the brown penguins telescope in club penguin?

Sorry it is really quite easy, all you do is click on your spy phone and click on your spanner or whatever you want to call it. THEN you drag the spanner/whatever to the telescope and click on the side of it. After this he will let you look into the telescope and you will see the green puffle.
