Can your head pop in space?

In space, your head wouldn't literally "pop," but the lack of atmospheric pressure could cause severe harm. If exposed to the vacuum of space without a spacesuit, the gases in your body would expand, leading to swelling and potentially rupturing tissues, including in your head. However, your skin and skull would provide some protection, preventing a catastrophic explosion. Nonetheless, survival would be impossible without proper equipment.
