Ty Lee could be of air nomad decent given her gray eyes, brown hair, athletism, spirtual awareness (the ability to see auras) and capricious attitude. It can be assumed that if an airbender betrayed the air nomads he might be given noblemen status. still Ty lee couldn't be more then 1/8 air nomad and certainly doesn't have any aerokinetic capabilities

No Ty lee isn't a bender shes from the fire nation and shes not from the air nomads she joined the fire nation circus that's why she can do all those cool tricks and flips and during school she studied auras.
